Vodah Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Vodah Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by Vodah ("Vodah," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before joining the Program.

**1. Enrollment in the Program:**

1.1. To enroll in the Program, you must submit a completed affiliate application form through our website.

1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

**2. Commissions:**

2.1. As an affiliate, you will earn a commission for each eligible referral made through your unique referral link.

2.2. The commission structure is as follows:

- An initial commission of 40% for every successful referral.

- A monthly recurring revenue commission of 40% for the lifetime of the referred customer's subscription on all plans.

2.3. Commissions will be paid out in accordance with the payout schedule outlined in the Program.

**3. Payouts:**

3.1. Payouts will be made on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum threshold of 1 referred customer.

3.2. Payments will be made via methods of Reditus.

3.3. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that accurate payment information is provided to facilitate timely payouts.

**4. Referral Tracking:**

4.1. Referrals must be made using the affiliate's unique referral link provided by Vodah.

4.2. We are not responsible for tracking referrals that are not made using the affiliate's unique referral link.

**5. Termination of Participation:**

5.1. Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

5.2. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions earned by the affiliate will be forfeited.

**6. Modification of Terms:**

6.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice.

6.2. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes to these Terms via email or through our website.

**7. Limitation of Liability:**

7.1. In no event shall Vodah be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.

7.2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under the Program.

**8. Governing Law:**

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dover, Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
